The Kickboxing classes are for beginners through to intermediate Men / Woman and children over 12yrs. The class is a 1hour workout and involves warm-up, stretching, boxing / kickboxing technique and combinations as well as various other cardio drills. This class is a great way to increase fitness, lose weight and learn self defense. We advise people who wish to learn how to kickbox and maybe compete in the future to begin with these classes first as you will be taught the basics by an experienced trainer for one whole hour. A pad session with a trainer is the best and fastest way to develop the skill of kicking and punching as well as defense and timing.
Fight training membership (beginners/fighters) = Pad Sessions + Program

If you have a fight training membership you have a choice to do an MMA class or pads/Kickboxing class
As a member you will be monitored and personally trained by a certified Box/Kickboxing trainer. You will also be given a program to work to. Training time (Pads) is between 4pm-7pm Mon-Fri Only.
For a great workout you can have your pad session with a trainer then use the weights/Cardio whilst waiting for a 7pm Kickboxing class.
We have limited numbers of fight memberships available to ensure that every member has their one on one training time with the trainer.
